Member Libraries of the Oswego County School Library System can borrow a wealth of resources through the Northern New York Library System’s ICEPAC, a cooperative online catalog containing the holdings of 305 libraries in Clinton, Essex, Jefferson, Lewis, Oswego, and St. Lawrence Counties.
Access to ICEPAC is available through ICICILL, the online system for managing borrowing and lending between member libraries. Please contact the School Library System for your school library’s username and password, or to request training or additional ILL supplies.

For materials not available in ICICILL, the School Library System will request items on your behalf through OCLC or the New York State Library. Please verify citations for all items in WorldCAT before requesting. You may request either via email, or with an ICICILL Manual Request. Please try to include as much information as possible, including author, title, copyright date, publisher, and either ISBN and OCLC accession numbers, when available.
